There is a one hour minimum for services. Hourly rates include mileage, travel time and excellent service within city limits. (We will do as many errands as possible in one hour.) (Mileage outside of city limits will be calculated at the hourly rate.)

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Monthly or other billing arrangements can be negotiated.

Pre-payment may apply to some services. Cost of purchases, if applicable, (groceries, gifts, merchandise, postage, etc.) are not included in the hourly rate. Client may need to provide method of payment.

Rates for after-hours, holidays and weekend services may be charged at 15% higher than normal hourly rates.

Gift Certificates are available.

A full refund in kind will be given if you are not fully satisfied with the service. Deposited checks must clear the bank before a refund can be issued to the customer. There is a 10 business day wait for all deposited check refunds.
